“Once upon a time there was a village called Ventenac, located in the heart of the Aude region of France. In this special place, vines stretch across the rolling foothills of the Pyrenees, caressed by warm, southern breezes.”
The family is deeply rooted in this terroir and firmly dedicated to creating specialized wines using only natural yeasts and time-tested production methods. They add no sulphites, but rather respect and preserve the pure, fresh expression of Cabardès grapes. Each of their wines have their own special character and expression, and the names reflect the family stories or local traditions associated with that particular wine.
