No need to say much about Fornaro…they just make really, really, really good Soave. The Soave is made in the heart of the Soave Classico, born from the soft pressing of Garganega grapes selected and handpicked, fermented at low temperature in small tanks and aged in contact with the lees. The wine is incredibly versatile…whether it be sitting outside on a sunny day with a glass in hand or gracing the tables of the best Italian restaurant; Fornaro would be an excellent choice.
